Yamaha Keyboard Store
«

Ok, so I changed my mind. Instead of a guitar, I want to find an electric piano keyboard (although I did find two guitar shops). I looked for a Yamaha (雅马哈) store, and I actually found two on Google that sell musical instruments, but when I tried to visit the shops, they weren't there! I guess Google is understandably slow to update store listings in China. I listed the first two Yamaha stores, as well as a third shop I tried to visit, and no luck! I should say that I verified street names when looking for these shops, so I'm pretty sure they aren't at these addresses, or else they are well hidden. Anyone know where to find a keyboard shop?

At least the next foreigner looking for musical instruments will have some help.

For those who want it in Chinese, that address is:
合肥市庐阳区 长江中路319号 仁和大厦三楼(教室、商场) 五楼505、506室(办公) (三孝口天桥东170米,兴业银行楼上)
Also, if you want to plug it in to Google, you can type: 蒙悦琴行, hefei
(I like to have multiple options to find places, in case I can't find it, or so I can take taxi, scooter etc)
Thanks Joey!

I actually found the store, pretty cool. They offer Medili brand keyboards, but not Yamaha. The search continues... I will post here if I find Yamaha, for anyone else looking for them.
(Of course, you could just order from Amazon.cn...)

It will be hard to find in Hefei musicstore with mid-pro keyboards. All shops keeps cheap stuff.I bought my Yamaha drum set but had to make pre-order and received them from Shanghai.
I think all music stores in Hefei will be able to order instrument for you.You need to know what you want.Just need to put some money in it and when you get it pay the rest.

Thanks Joey, that was very helpful. I found two Yamaha dealers today, one on Shou Chun Lu beside the Baihua Hotel, and one on Chang Jiang, beside the Weimi Hotel. The second address had a slightly less to choose from, but was about ten percent cheaper.
The first address:
合肥佳音琴行 长江西路53号
And the second:
安徽合肥市寿春路88号

My father-in-law sells Yamaha products in his music shop. I'll ask my hubby to get the address from him when they QQ next. He's walking distance from the CBD.

Depends on which model you want really. 1,000 to 4,000 RMB for the models I checked, though I was really looking for the 81key pricier models.
Chang Jiang, past ped. Bridge, near Sino
