Dentist

Urgently looking for a good dentist in Hefei, is Dr Danny Tse still around? If not can anyone recommend another Dentist.  Thanks

Yeah, I can. I went to one trained by Danny. She has great hands and is doing a great job and is much cheaper than Danny. By the way, he has returned to the USA.
The clinic I am referring to is near Danny's clinic on Ma-anshan Lu, south of Carrefour. Heading south it is on the left hand side heading away from Carrefour towards the airport. You can see the dental chairs in the window on the second floor. I have their number and will try to post it later.

This is a good dentist surgery and perhaps the best I have yet been to in my five years in China. They are trained in some aspects of dentistry by USA trained Danny Tse.

The prices are incredibly reasonable. I just paid 300 yuan for three visits. The work I had done was a root canal that has been capped. I am now awaiting some work to be done with a crown and possible bridge. Price yet to be determined.

Location:

The clinic can be found on Maanshan Nan Lu [south road][south of Carrefour.] Heading south it is on the left hand side of Maanshan Lu and the building is called Fu Cheng Da Xia.

It is only about 100 mts or so north of the Maanshan Rd / Juihashan Rd intersection. I believe the latter road is the southern boundary of Hefei University of Technology [HFUT.]  The building Fu Cheng Da Xia can be found on Google maps.

The clinic is at the end closest Carrefour -- occupying the first and second floors. The suite is number 12. The dentist chairs can be seen through the window on the second floor.

There are several dentists operating and reasonable levels of English are spoken to facilitate the work. They are keen to have ongoing relationships to serve Hefei Expat foreign clients.
