Great returns. $25 per week =$100 per month =$1000 per year, per teacher. (passive income).

How to make my daughter eat the home prepared food?

My daughter is 5 years and she like to eat only outside food like burger, chips and all junk foods. I know this is not good for her health in long run, but we are compelled because otherwise she will starve rather than eating home made food. How to make her eat all nutrition foods.

dumplings
of course it has all the nutrition she/he needs
veggies, meat and flour etc. then boil them in water
or simply this
if she wants the junk food as you say lol
then tell her/him if she/he does not eat her home made food then no friday special
see, it is called a reward!!! she must wait 1 week till she/he earns her points then the more polnts she earns she/he is able to trade them for what they want
also have them do chores around the house
this way she/he earns money and learns a special skill of civic duty
this is how my brothers and I grew up and this is what i will do for my child

Grandma's rule usually works for everything.
"Do what I want you to do, then we will do what you want to do."
Dad's rule usually works too but not as subtle.
"Eat it or go hungry"
Granddad's rule.
If she doesn't like it, disguise the taste with things she likes, usually tomatoe sauce or honey and call it creative cooking.
Mum's rule
Get her to help cook, they will eat the most disgusting things.

Hello Adams!
Don't be so upset on it. Since it is a common issue many mothers face these days. if you are a house wife you can try out some different food recipes with nutritional value which attracts your kids. You will be able to find ample of them through internet research or from cookery books.
Do not stick in to the same food pattern. Have regular changes.
Explain your child about the bad effect of junk food.

Get her involved. Ask her what she wants to eat and have her help in the kitchen where possible. So if she says she wants a burger then make some at home. She can form the patties for example.
Make some chips in the oven and she can peel the potatoes.
Do things like that and maybe she will gradually get to liking things made at home. Make it fun!
