        Human can aslo live as a pat, just taking everything as it comes. If you want to live a different life you have to take the nagetive things along with.

Just ask some of the ex-pets around you whether they are happier now than they were in their previous lives.

As a current ex-pet, I clearly prefer the ex-pet to the pre-pet stage of my life.

I guess it would depend what kind of pet. Being a goldfish would kind of suck. A dog, however, that might have a few advantages. You could pull so many gags without suspect.
