Original plan was 2014. I've heard others but I still feel 2014 is about right.

Phase 1 will be complete Feb. 25. 2013, but I am not sure if that means it will be open to the general public.

I recently asked a Taxi driver, and from what I understood, the airport will open sometime between march and may? It was not very clear to me.

The International airport will be the end of the subway which is not a subway line.
Apparently they are building a multi-way, some underground, some on the ground and some above ground.

The Domestic airport will be a stop on one of the other lines.
