Hello Forum,
                 Some time ago a local (unaware that I had an appartment) kindly offered me a room to let at his home. I turned it down, but I have I since been thinking that I might like to stay for a few months with some locals, either letting a room in a family's home or rooming with some youths around my age, as a way to sharpen my mandarin.
                 Does anybody here know of locals in need of a roommate? I only have one main condition, which is that the place be reasonably clean and comfortable. Since I am a scientist, I spend most of my days (and many of my nights) in the lab, and so I am unlikely to be nusiance.
