We will endeavour to attend the office from 11.00am to 7.00pm although we need to leave it unattended at various times.

We have the same old situation... People want to come but do not want to buy a ticket yet.

We have considered a number of aspects and decided not to stop people coming and paying for tickets at the venue or restrict the total to 150.

We have 150 tickets of which 80+ are sold.
We have budgeted the BBQ at 100rmb by pre-purchasing.

We can now cater for extra numbers through the restaurant but of course the costs will be higher.

Buy your ticket before Thursday afternoon (shopping day) at 100rmb and your bbq pack will be assured.
Late and gate payments will cost 50 rmb more to cover extra costs.
