A little goofy title, I know, but for all you North Americans on H.E., you will know where that comes from.  It's the great tv show song from C.O.P.S., where you can watch the "good guys" battle the "bad guys".  Now it seems, Hefei is looking to go a little bad boys style themselves.  Check link below:

I wonder if the cops would jump on the loudspeaker again and shout "DA PANG ZI", like they did about 5 years ago or so.  Ah, lovely memories.
