I think it's time for an upgrade.  I have been stuck on 32 bit XP for a while now, and with Windows 8 coming out soon, I think at least I should upgrade to Windows 7.  Is there anyone on here that knows of someone who can do this for me?  If so, please let me know the going rate, and whether or not an English version can be installed.

***Just to add, after looking on Microsoft's website, I hope to get Windows 7 "Ultimate Edition Upgrade" installed so I can take advantage of the easy language packs that you can hook up to easily change between languages, if need be.
