The New Fast Train to Nanjing

The new fast train (soon to be faster), will get you station to station in one hour and twenty minutes.  In August, it will be 45 minutes!  I took the good bus many times in the past, which takes two and a half hours at best, and then the long walk dragging your luggage to the Metro (which has no ramp, so you have to carry it down and up the stairs.  This is the best way to go that I have found. If you buy a Metro card in Nanjing, you can use it on the Metro and the bus.
