Whew! That is a big ask. I am a personal associate of a high ranking government official & yet he wasn't sure or was not willing to disclose the entirety of the plan last time I requested that information. (12 months ago) However, if you go to Govt. websites you can see some details.

The Huainan railway line (twin track) joins the Jinghu (Beijing-Shanghai) and the Longhai (Lanzhou-Lianyungang) trunk lines at Bengbu to the north, and connects to the Wan’gan (Bengbu-Yingtan), Ningwu (Nanjing-Wuhu), and Xuanhang (Xuanzhou-Hangzhou) lines to the south at Wuhu. The Hefei-Jiujiang line, part of the second transport artery in East China linking Hangzhou, Wuhu, Hefei and Fuyang, is completed and in operation. The planned Ningxi (Nanjing-Xi’an) line is to run through Hefei, too. Once completed, this will be the second artery line running east-west, parallel with the Longhai trunk line. The New Hefei railway station, a national key construction project, is located in the north of the city, right at the north tip of Shengli Road. As a junction of three national railway trunk lines, it will become the largest passenger terminal in Anhui Province, making Hefei the centre of a railway hub that radiates in five directions.
For more information, call 5571833. I have got access in my bookmarks or a saved link to a better source map than these sites provide and might link it up if or when I locate it. Maybe Mike has already linked one in.
I am also still trying to determine the exact location of the of the line that will run from Binhu to the University City - Swan Lake Govt. zone. We do know that one line runs from the passenger train station in the north to Binhu in the south, across to Swan Lake and then down He Zuo Hua Lu, which crosses Chang Jiang Xi Lu at the Wulidun overpass.
I have been observing a new highway or train line under construction from Binhu to Swan Lake, which crosses adjacent to what might be the [

] Xi River, (North of Nanyan Lake) but not sure if that is where the Metro will run across to Swan lake. There is also a high speed rail line under construction that links Hefei with Beijing and Chengdu I believe. At least that is what a map indicated to me on one of the Govt. websites. A taxi driver also confirmed to me that was the case. I do know that the Metro was priced at about 1.2 billion RMB per km at one point.
The reason I am interested is because my new apartment, which is currently under construction, is located between Binhu and Swan Lake next to Nanyan Lake.
