Gym and fittness in Hefei
«
on:

I have just arrived in Hefei and I was wondering what was avaliable in terms of gyms and fitness facilities. Ideally I would like a gym with a decent free weights area, cardio machines in addition to offering classes in yoga and maybe even pump etc to add a bit of variety.

Kingsport in SanXiaoKou near KFC seems to be popular and convenient but then, I'm no exert on fitness.
Just go to the walk bridge, someone will stick a flyer in your hand.
One entrance is from the bridge, the other is from street level near KFC.
