I read from some psychologist that a person then does not know what he wants, when his parents decided for him all his life. They made the choice for him. And this also applied to some minor things, for example, the choice of clothes for school. And then the children grow up into adults who find it difficult to understand themselves. Now I want to play aviator game bet  and I'm glad no one is judging me for it.

There are many good psychologists, but there are also many swindlers who, under the guise of a specialist, draw money. And no result. It is important to find a qualified specialist with extensive experience. There are private psychologists and companies with a large team. Read about Australia Counsling. They have a "therapist near me" service www.australiacounselling.com.au/  . You can find a specialist near your home or where it is convenient for you to attend sessions.
