the direct roasting method involves cooking meat. using heat directly from the flame This method is as fast as it is simple, but it is mindful that quality does not always mean speed, and while this method may be appropriate for roasting meat or for cooking, it should not take long. Although direct cooking on the grill I bought here https://lilgrill.com/best-gas-grill/ is faster than the indirect method, other factors, such as whether the lid should be left open or closed, will still affect the speed of cooking. As expected, an open lid will mean more time spent and a closed lid will mean less time spent.
