Currently i rent an apartment with three bedrooms and i plan to live in one of them and share the other two with two roommates.
The apartment is located just behind the Xiaoyaojin Park and quite near the walking street Huaihe Road. Yes, it is downtown area within Ring No.1 Road. You can even walk to Wanda Plaza and Intime Center from here only for 20 mins or less and also Gujin Holiday inn is just around the corner.
The two rooms charge 700RMB and 750RMB a month separately. They are about 20 and 15 square meters both with bed, desk, wardrobe and air conditioner.
There are 24 hour hot water, washing machine, sofa and kitchen. Everything is quite convient.
Here, i am a chinese guy working stably in tourism and i can speak English. Roommates should be clean, quiet and easygoing. The water and electricy, gas fee and property management fee, network fee would be shared by person.
