I have two apts for rental, about 70m² each, located in Hupo village, pretty much the center of Hefei city (close to Carrefour, Anhui Agricultural University, CBD office building). One apt confronts the other, so it  is perfect for a big family or friends wanna live closely. Of course you could choose only one set if you like.

Both apts are well furnitured. Two bed-rooms with wood floor, living area with granite floor. There are beds, mattress, desks and closets in every bed-room. All the electric equipments are ready for use, including wahser, TV, fridge, microwave etc. The apartment is maintained in a clean and non-smoking condition. Ask for 2000 per month. 2 x 70 square meter apartments for 2000RMB a month, furnitured, that's pretty good.  What floor are they?  I currently don't need a place to stay, but I think mentioning what floor they are on might help weed out the people only looking for a certain floor apartment.

Thanks for the note. The two apts are both on the third floor (3/6). I am sorry I may not make it clear. 2000RMB per month is for one apt.

I wish you the best in finding renters for your apartments, but I must say, that the asking price is a tad on the high side.  I don't know what furniture is inside and in what shape it is in, but just from what I see here, it's a bit high.

I remember not too long ago I was finding fully furnished apartments in Fei Cui Yuan (a safer place than Hu Po) 3rd floor or less for about 1600RMB.  And these apartments were 3 bedroom.  So...I don't know.
