Thanks.

Yeah, he is selling about 100 dogs per 4 hour block of time.  The only problem I have with what he is doing, is that he's not set in one place.  If one place isn't good for whatever reason, he will move, and that leaves people wondering where he went to.  At the moment, he seems to have found his niche area, located near some Aus. school.  Not sure of the name, but maybe Mike, you might have taught there before.  Not sure.  He is on Sui Xi Road, close to all those overpasses and so on to the upper left part of the ring road.

This is good for him because his home is near there, which means less cart pushing. ;)  Before, he was hauling it between that place, and the place I mentioned on this site.  So, once his location is set, I will let everyone know about it here.  Or, if you are in that area, you can call him (only speaks Chinese) @ 13485674398, and his name is Sammy.

At the moment, he is selling the dogs topped with tomatoes, spicy red peppers (I think), and lettuce.  The condiments are ketchup, salad whip (?), dont know how else to say it.  We usually use mayo in some foods back in Canada, not this salad whip stuff, so I am not too familiar with it, and a few other ones he has.  Again, if you can speak Chinese, you can ask him directly.  3RMB per dog, includes those toppings I mentioned, however you like them topped, and if you tell him for an extra 1RMB, to throw in another dog (meat only, doubling up the meat content), I think he will do it.  I mentioned to him before about it, and I think he is receptive to it.  But now with his business going well, not sure his thoughts.  Anyways, ask if you want.

One more thing to add.  Hopefully this weekend, I can take some photos of his cart, himself, and a finished dog, so y'all can see and get a better feel of what he does there.  I will post those on a Picassa account I have.
