Hello,
I'm new to the site and fairly new to Hefei. I was here teaching last semester and loved it so I decided to stay. I was very busy then so I still have a lot of the city to see. This semester I'll be going for my masters along with my dear friend from the US, Brandon. Both of us are very interested in brewing beer here. I have brewed many times before with my Dad but I'd love any help acquiring the materials and ingredients as I'm starting from scratch. Even a point in the right direction would be most appreciated.
