You may wish to see Langkawi, a group of islands off the west coast. It is very beautiful there. I was there a couple years ago and had a great time. The Southern islands are popular for tourists, while the Northern islands are a bit more isolated, which I happen to like. Check out Pantai Cenang; it is one of the most stunning beaches I've ever seen. There are many good seafood dishes as well. As wherever you go, just be careful of pickpockets. I had to walk around with a neck wallet.

You can travel by tour coach really inexpensively. Langkawi is commercialised. I advocate going to Palau Perhentian. When I was there is was on the big island. You access it via Kelantan province. Just roll up and catch a boat across. it is not monsoon season now so it should be okay. It was laid back with quite a few Euros and foreigners dropping in to get their PADI license on the cheap. It kind of reminds of the movie the Beach with Leonardo. It is probably more developed now but when I was there it was just 7 AUD per night in an A-frame hut the size of a 3-person tent. Divers go there all year and surfers venture there in the monsoon season. they had some Italian hotel resort there years ago but that was it.

KL is a blast for shopping. Clothes you can't get in China can be found. Budget accommodation used to be found in Brickfields. Eating at restaurants where you can view the kitchen is a must in average eateries. I steer clear in Malaysia as their culture is to wash with the left hand. In other words you might be eating shit and be unaware of it.  Many Islamic restaurants are clean but Indian ones are not.

Malay and Chinese-Malay are not really very friendly. They often meet foreigners with a lot of suspicion. You meet some that will befriend you but on the whole it is a reserved and closed society because it is a repressive kind of social structure. I warn you to also be aware of many pseudo-refugee types that easily float around Malaysia because as an Islamic state it is easy for them to get in. I never quite understood that then but the contempt by which they viewed me was a product of a hidden hatred of infidels.

Just bear in mind that it is many years ago I was there so a lot may have changed. Do your research online before you go.

Selamat pagi. Sudah lah!

i am already had check  there's 1 hotel i want to stay , forgot the name , it is in langkawi , i will take a lot of pictures when i back , wish no rain ..

But in a way, it would be wasted if you go, with the rain situation.  I know when I went to Florida a little while back, it rained quite a bit.  Everyone pretty much stayed inside till it cleared up.  Luckily the rain didn't last lost but while it was raining, it was a waste of time.
