Hefei visit

Will be in Hefei next week Monday evening through Thursday, suggest anything that is a must see?
Incase I do not take the three year assignment they are asking me to commit to, this could be my only chance to ever see this city.
Any descent pubs I must make my way to?

When I arrive in Shanghai Saturday I will receive a phone for China and will call.
I will be at the Hilton Mon through Wed night. Looking for a good pub anywhere near there
Or is the best one in the Hilton?
