MeiGaoMei Nightclub has offered foreigners a deal for Tuesday, Thursday and Friday nights till the end of March.
When you have a table of 6 people, they will give you a bottle of vodka free.
If you don't like vodka, they will give you 12 bubweiser beers instead.
This deal has been confirmed by me.
I'm likely to be there this week on each of the nights to see it run smoothly but I won't be too late tonight or Thursday night as I have early starts the following days. However friday night should be a great night.
You need to tell them you are a "hefeiexpat".
After you have drunk the complemtary drinks you can buy 12 bottles of budweiser and receive an extra 5.
That brings the price to about 20 rmb per bottle not counting the complentary ones.
It is a very expensive nightclub but also very well decked out.
They are currently teaching some staff English to cater for you and they intend to station them near our tables.

It's a very good club and I've enjoyed all the times I've been there.
There's plenty of fun to be made there and the staff are eager to assist you.
They go out of there way to ensure you have a great time.

MeiGaoMei Nightclub is located on the -1 floor (basement) of Carrefour on ChangJiang Lu.
Go to the back, actually on TungXi Lu, it's a big door with lots of lights and screens out front.
There's a car on display at the moment. Go inside and turn right to the elevators.
This is the 2nd floor, Press -1 then turn right when you get out of the lifts.
