Perfetto!

An Italian name for a very special traditional Chinese food restaurant with a very tasteful modern twist, both in interior design and food presentation/preparation!

The owner is Chinese but lived about 18 years in Italy where he learnt about food and design.

The restaurant, about 3 months old, is located in Jin Zhai Lu 126, just the block after Revolutionary, toward the center of Hefei.

The rooms have really nice furniture and a great design both in the first floor main eating hall and in the second floor, where there is the more Chinese private room concept. But also the rooms, named after Italian cities, are all different in furniture, wall motive paintings and room theme.

After 9pm the place becomes more a cafe' than a restaurant, with an amazing second menu with real Italian coffee.. and I'm Italian!!

hi there!

Prices are not student like but still not super high class crazy restaurant!
Not extremely cheap, not the place to have dinner every night, but ok prices for once in a while special dinner with good food.

As cafe', prices are like "Coffee Time" or "Habitat" I think.. but offer iss better.. for me.. since they got real Italian coffee!!

The owner family is managing also a coffee chain in Anhui so they got special good coffee..

This place has the best sashimi in town. Very fresh!

I've never tried sashimi.  If I do decide to try it, how much would it hurt my pocketbook?  If too much, I will just live vicariously through you instead.  ;D

it is a relatively small dish, not a real japanese sashimi main dish!

There are two portion sizes offered. I got the smaller one the first time I tried it, but I will definitely get the larger one next time. It's not cheap; but if you are a real sushi/sashimi lover like I am, then it's definitely worth it.
