Mopeds..Scooters !!

just wanted to let people know that He fei has lifted the regulations for registration of mopeds and scooters ..... previously about 50% or more of the mopeds could not be registered due to hell crooked traffic regulations...... but until the end of this month any moped or scooter that are purchased we be able to register for a  license... right now for the most part traffic police really dont bother much ... but i know after all this road repair is finished with they will be checking again..... 

So simply put right now is a good time to grab a scooter so you can register it and have no hassles driving around he fei.

For a good brand, try Xin Jie.  That is the one I have, and I have used it for around 9600KM's.  The KM number might seem high or low to you, but if you have seen me in person, you will know that the 9600KM's on the bike was WELL EARNED.  haha  Throw my wife on there from time to time, then you have a real party.  If the company ever asks me to do advertising for them in the future, I will, because this thing saved me quite a bit of money by not having to use taxi's.  And of course they benefit because me standing next to the bike, and telling people that I have used mine for 2 years and still going, people will rush to buy it.  haha
