The best I've been to is in the Howard Johnson Hotel which is toward DaShuShan, the mountain.
There is another off BuXingJie near the Pizza Hut, no where near as good.

We tried Howard Johnson before, we waited for an hour for the main dish, beef in pot or something. Not a good experience at that time. Our Japanese visitors did not enjoy
.
There is one downtown along Ren Min Lu or Lujiang Lu, I am not sure though, a small quite place. I will check once the weather is ok for biking. The Chinese lady owner can speak fluent Japanese.

Hey
my favorite is the one on Renmin Lu / Lujiang Lu.
You find it coming from Lujiang Lu on the right!
Enjoy
