me and my wife would have some interest in that.
We have a nearly two year old daughter, she will attend Kindergarten end of the year but she has no friends so far here and needs some contact to other children to pla with them.

Can you give us some more information on this ?

Yes, I was asked about it and then talked with a couple of others to try to make this happen.

We can do it 1 of 2 ways...
   We can create the network and offer our co-ordinator services and let the parents control it;
   or we can organise activities and venues at a cost.

I have given the task to my new Project Co-ordinator Mia. She has the task of tracking down foreign parents who are interested.  Not an easy task to start but I'm sure you have other parent contacts.
