Hey - there is a new cafe on Corner of Sheng Li Lu and Lang Ya Shan Lu. Finally a cool place with good coffee and great snacks. I am from Austria and I was desperate to find something other than tea and chicken heads. Its called Vienna Cafe - the guy running it is German - I recommend it. Erwin
