Did you know that white spots on the nails are fungus? I just found out today from my doctor...

I got these white spots  I had toenail fungus once before, but it was only itchy and red. At that time penlac (https://pocketdrugguide.com/uncategorized/penlac-drug-for-topical-treatment-of-nail-fungus.html) helped me  . But not so long ago I got these white spots. I didn't think it was fungus. I assumed it was a lack of vitamins and weakness of the plate... I guess I have to buy Penlac again.

White spots are not always fungus. It can also be a lack of vitamins in the body.
