A friend of mine is looking for a PS4 that has games preloaded? I already tried Taobao, but those PS4's only come with 1 or 2 games... I guess I'm looking for the illegitimate electronics part of Hefei.

Just up JinZhai Lu on the corner of HuangShan Lu is a big tech market as well.
