Title: Visiting Hefei (again)

Hey all, I will be in town for a few days starting on Thursday, and would like to know if anyone would like to grab a beer or two? Do people on this forum typically just head to a particular social-gathering ground?  I didn't really frequent bars when I previously spent some time in Hefei.

Also, I am planning on doing some medium-distance cycling if anyone enjoys that kind of thing.

Mr T and Shipyard are the main bars foreigners hang out till my bar opens.  ;D

There are a couple of active Hefei/general Anhui wechat groups that could help you get plugged in.

Thanks for the replies! I have used Wechat very little, and I'm not familiar with the groups, but I might check out Mr T or Shipyard.

Still looking for someone that wants to go cycling!  I'm doing a bike ride with a group of Chinese people on Saturday, but otherwise free Thursday - Sunday.

What are those groups btw? I finally have a phone that works in China and is not total garbage, so I can easily access wechat...
