Hefei Public Security Bureau Exit-Entry Administration (合肥市公安局出入境管理局) will be moving locations on 28-29 March. This is the place where you handle anything related to visa/residence permit/HK, Macao, Taiwan permits. It was previously on the intersection of Huoqiu Rd and Lu An Rd, 6th Floor (霍邱路和六安路路口, 6楼). After 29 March, you will need to go to the new location, which is a government services building called 合肥要素大市场 . Address: 滨湖区徽州大道与锦绣大道交叉口 Intersection of HuiZhou Ave and Jinxiu Ave, Bin Hu.
