On Ma'An Shan Lu, directlty opposite side of the road from Mc Donalds.
Go just inside the carpark and look for steps on the left.

Hey, if there are some more partys of this kind I would be glad to know.
I´m very interested in graffiti and the hip hop scene.   ;D
