Title: Moving to Hefei

My wife and I are moving to Hefei, and we are bringing our dogs. we arrive on Feb 15th 2014. The issue is that after our dogs have been quarantined we have to transport them from shanghai to Hefei and we would rather not do it by plain. the shanghai train does not accept animals. does anyone have any other ideas on how to get them transported. Thanks!

You can maybe rent a car? But basically, no.

I honestly feel bad for your animals though....

I have sent a cat by bus to and from Shanghai.  It may be worth sedating the dogs first as they need to travel in the luggage compartment.

What was the process like shipping by bus? Did you have to be on the bus that your cat was on?
