Charlie's bar is having a Halloween party with no entrance fee, just come with your costume and have fun with games, lucky draw prices like room vouchers and 29 floor revolving restaurant dinner for two, we will have a tribute to Michael Jackson as well so we will have a special show on his thriller dance and billy Jean from our selected Filipino dancers in Hefei. Watch out for the beautiful ladies cause they'll bite you!
