my flat locate at changjiang east road and langyashan road ,800meters to bus station ,1100meters to yuanyi plaza ,1500meters to railway station .34square meters big ,with a bathroom . the floor is ceramic tiles and wood floor . i have water heater ,room heater ,and a bathtub in the bathroom . and i've got a small kitchen and wash machine , TV table ，2 small bookcase a big garderobe and 1.8meters bed . of course with air-con. there's no gas in the room ,so if you want to cook ,you need use electricity . i have a small balcony that you can dry your laundry .and put some plants . the room is very small , but very comfortable ,and nice . you almost have everything you need . but it only enough for one person . i am living in right now , but i am going to move an apartment near my company . i will take the TV , fridge ,wash machine ,and oven with me , if you need , i can give a wash machine . i own this apartment . and i did pay 60000rmb to furniture this apartment .and i only live here for 1 year , i hope you are clean and no pet . the rental is 1500 per month ,not include internet ,water fee , electric fee , if you rent this apartment ,you need pay every 3month ,and need 2 month rental as deposit ,you will get back when our contract finished .and the contract is start from 1 year . if you are interested ,contact me 15655137770 susan QQ 994166635 , email : [email protected]
