Title: Looking for nice, classy bars in Hefei

Looking for nice, classy bars in Hefei, I hate those kind of bars where you get drunken Chinese gangsters beating each other up. :( Looking for those which has a nice environment for drinking and meeting new friends. Bars with expats are preferred.
Any recommendations?

I think the best places to go are the ones in the large hotels, such as Novotel, Holiday Inn, or Hilton.  At those places, I am sure you are less likely to see the kinds of things you mentioned.  There are some adverts on this site for some bars in hotels.  Look around.

Expats go to revolutions mostly I think. Unless I am missing something. It certainly isn't classy but I haven't witnessed any gangsters there.
