Hi Everybody,
My name is Manuel, a Spaniard, just moving to town for the next 2 years. Could anyone give me any suggestion regarding where to rent modern and centrally located appartments? Any real state agent or contact who could help me with that?
On the other side, I am also in search of an ayi, who can iron shirts, more or less well... any ideas on that?
Finally, I would like to say that it would be a pleasure to meet some of the "local foreigners" for a beer some day. Next week will be too busy, but maybe next next week?

Can't help right now, no staff for bthe holidays and I need to make a short trip back to Aus.
