ok another  couple of silly questions ( i feel like a newbie again )

china telecom.... cant connect at home so thinking the monthly payment is due ( even just had it put in )  Had no bill yet, so can you go somewhere to pay using the account name or user name, ( usually the phone number)?
 ::) ::)
also anyone kknow what an error 691 means?  username and password wrong? or router failing to connect. the wi-fi is fine! ??? just wont connect to the net >:(

Contact Aida (http://hefeiexpat.com/forum/pm/?sa=send;u=4766), she can check up on your phone accounts to narrow the field of problems and get a techie out.
