Title: Olympic Games Opening at the Crowne Hotel

100 tickets available for the Olympic Games lead-up and opening ceremony BBQ.
Friday 27th July 2012 8.00 pm to 10.30 BBQ and drinks

After 10.30 draft beer will be available at 28rmb for 400ml (Expats special)
The Olympic ceremony begins at 3am

The newly opened Crowne hotel and Legends bar are holding an indoor-outdoor bbq.
Draft beer is available as is western style barbecue food.

The Crowne is the newest of the 5 star hotels and they really want to impress.

Get your tickets here for a 30rmb discount, 108 rmb all inclusive or pick them up from the hotel for 138 rmb. If you tell them you saw it here at hefeiexpat, I'm sure they will give you the discount.

We will be holding a few Olympic events at the party ourselves. Competitors are sought to represent their country.

Located on HuangShan Lu, just past 1912, opposite Walmart on tthe corner of XiEr Huan.

what's necessary for the expat special price for beer?
this mysterious expat member card?

in the bbq time, what kind of drinks are free included in price?

OK guys, thanks to those who bought tickets, those who have not paid but have booked can pay at the door when you collect. It's not too late for those who did not, there are about 30 left which I will be selling today.

Live music  is confirmed and they do sing English music.

A successful evening for sure although 2.00 was the final hour.
Work next day prevented people from staying till the ceremony.

The hotel put on a great evening, the food was plentiful as was the flow of drinks.
I met a variety of interesting people from all over the world.

An interesting point to note was, more people congregated outside than inside with the band.

Perhaps, having the band outside would be a consideration for the next BBQ.

I look forward to it!
