Those who have said they'd come should get their tickets from the office as soon as possible.

This is a ticket only event. We must cater for numbers as we are not doing this for profit. When all 150 tickets are sold, we can't issue more.

I suggest you start booking the next BBQ tickets as well. Although we don't have a date set yet there is a lot of interest. It will be early to mid September, after schools go back.

Not the first time things didn't go to plan and probably not the last.

We will find a great venue and make BBQ's a regular thing.

Thanks for the praise but you and Aida put far more effort and organisation into than I did.
