Hi everybody,

My name is Sebastian. I am from Germany. Been in China for 6 years and for a year now in Hefei.
I am working as Senior Manager in the Grand Park Hotel Hefei (former Sofitel, the one with the Brazilian BBQ  ;D )

Hello, and welcome.

I used to go to the buffet there, but to be honest, it was lacking.  I loved the man who was I guess head chef there, but the food didn't suit my palate.  And there wasn't much selection.  Not sure if things have changed since I last visited, which was a while ago, but perhaps a trip to there before I head off into the sunset might be a good idea.
