Title: Apartments in Hefei

I'm moving to Hefei (from Chicago) in July and have been out looking for apartments.  Not sure where to live.  Lots of apartments, but all I've seen to-date seem somewhat depressing.  Any areas of town or specific apartment or housing complexes you would recommend. 

Also looking for places to go, people to go with.
