Title: Fingerprinting services in Hefei

Hey,

I was wondering if any of you guys ever tried to get your fingerprints taken in Hefei.  I have a good job offer from back home and they request I get fingerprints taken before I get there.  A call placed to the PSB pretty much hit a wall, because they said they only do fingerprinting for people from China looking to go overseas, and need it done for their passport and so on.  This service is not open for foreigners.  So, I was hoping to find someone who maybe found a way to get it done here.

In Shanghai there is a place, that is mentioned on the US Embassy site, but I really hope to find a solution here in Hefei.  I would hate to drag my ass all the way there just for this.  And this needs to be done so I can have it mailed back to Canada, processed, and completed.  Then if everything is ok, which it will be, I most likely will prep for travel back to Canada.

My wife made a joke to me a while back about that.

She said, "Hey, if you want to have a free trip back to Canada, just do something bad or whatever, and they will gladly send you back to your country".  ;D 

Call me old fashion though, I would like to leave on my own free will.  ;D
