Title: GYM with FREE WEIGHTS

Does anybody know a gym that has free weights in hefei? and if so what is the cost?

KingSport would be one guess. You pay a membership fee (once a year), which gives you access to everything in there.

There are many gym's in Hefei, probably Kings Sport on the walking bridge at SanXiaoKou is easy.

hey yo,which part of town are u based in and what exactly are u looking for???body building or just shaping up.Let me know I might be able to recommend a suitable gym for you.There re a couple of good places around town.Also I do basketball with a couple of folks ,thursdays and mondays.

i am interested in shaping up. i use to be in really good shape but i had some unexpected operations. i am 35 now and just want to maintain the strength i have and reduce body fat. 

i do have a wide and thick frame which makes it very easy for me to use heavy weights, but i have no interest in body building.

ok man,in that case,i ll recommend you to a newly opened gym,its well equipped and not that far from downtown.Somewhere west on changjiang road.Contact this number 13856097696,he is a trainer at the gym and speak a little bit of English.I ll put him on the alert if thats ok
