Title: Need recomendation: apt or area to live close Binhu New District

I am searching for an apartment or villa near to the Binhu New District (near to JAC).
I am looking for a dog friendly area.
Any sugestions/recomendations of a building name or neighborhoods more expat friendly in this part of town are welcomed.
