US Consulate Presentation and Voting Assistance in Hefei City, Anhui Province on Sep. 26, 2008
Please join the U.S. Consulate General Shanghai for a presentation on services available to American citizens living in China including voter registration. All American citizens are welcome to attend.
10:00 AM, Friday, September 26, 2008
15th Floor, Novotel Hefei ( Qi Yun Shan Zhuang)

The presentation will include:
• Briefing on services provided by the American Citizen Services Office
• Voting registration information for the 2008 election
• Registration with the U.S. Consulate General
• Q & A
NOTARIAL SERVICES
Following the session, a consular officer will be available to perform notaries.
Cost for first notary: 30 USD or 213 RMB
Cost for any additional notary: 20 USD or 142 RMB
For this service, we can only accept cash in exact change. Thank you.

I am not so sure what you are going on about TSM...
Anyway, for those interested here is a bit more info:
At the presentation you would be able to complete the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) to request a ballot, but you are not able to vote until your local voting registrar, to whom you will be sending the application, mails a ballot back to you. The FPCA and further information you need is available at both of these websites: www.fvap.gov and www.overseasvotefoundation.org. If you have the time, I recommend taking a look before the presentation later this week.
