Title: Medium term (3 week) accommodation options?

Hi,

I'm no longer in Hefei, but some of my colleagues will be visiting USTC next month and plan to stay for approximately 3 weeks x 4 rooms. The USTC guest house is booked out, so I'm wondering if you could suggest an alternative.

We were thinking of some kind of short term serviced apartments or a nice comfortable hotel near USTC.

If we were to stay in a big hotel nearby, how open to negotiation on price do you think they would be?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have 2 spare bedrooms (3 double matresses) which are available short term if you need them.
