My family is destroyed, how can I start my life anew?

My husband cheated on me with my best friend. I'm broken, no, I'm just destroyed.
How to assemble yourself from these fragments back into an integral personality? I continue to physically exist and do something. But psychologically, morally and mentally I am at the bottom.
