how to do that in working days?

it seems most of these train tickets boots close at 5pm..
of course, until now I need still help from chinese AND english speaking ppl, so i got first a friend and today a colleague.. but it turned out i have to take time from work in order to collect the tickets before closing time.

so, is the train station ticket vendor open after 6pm on mondays-fridays?
if i get everything i want written in chinese (with also possible alternatives) is that doable for one that can say only ni hao and xie xie and even does not understand the answers t othese?

Thanx folks.. still a newbie..
