We’ve all heard about the changes and point system that the Chinese government will be adding to the Visa process and Visa types us expats can get, but what exactly those changes will be we have really yet to see. Today we’ve got the exact information here on changes to Visas, helping you to clearly see where you stand.

All of these new rules will go into effect in the following areas by the end of March: Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Anhui, Shandong, Guangdong, Sichuan, Yunan, and Ningxia

While the laws will take effect nationwide on April 1st, 2017. Below are some charts outlining the classifications and the point system the government will be using.
