You forgot to add one big huge expat site for Beijing, called The Beijinger, formerly "That's BJ".  You can see why they might have changed their site name.

That's odd.  I tried it as well and nada.  If you Google it, you will find that it is in fact a real site, but for some reason, it's down at the moment.
